Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — including structural shell faults, wheel and trolley mechanisms, zip and lock failures, and seam or stitching defects.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from use (scratches, scuffs, stains), damage caused by airlines or carriers (claim with the carrier first), misuse, improper storage, and unauthorised repairs or modifications.

2. Our team assesses the claim and confirms next steps.
3. We repair or replace at our discretion, or offer an appropriate remedy.
